What to expect when you request a free estimate
Your experiance will begin from your initial call. When you call we will have a brief chat about your requirements and arrange a date and time for a visit that suits you.
When we arrive at your property we will discuss your plans and advise and assist you as required. At this stage it would be helpful if you have a basic idea of what you would like and a budget that we can work to. If you don't have any ideas we will work with you to come up with a design for your garden.
After a full site survey we will send you a detailed estimate for work to be carried out
(normally within a couple of weeks). All estimates are valid for three months. We will require a deposit to purchase materials prior to comencement, and in some instances stage payments may be required.
Once the project has started and throughout all of its stages, the propritor will be
available to answer any questions that you may have. We can also discuss any changes or additions that you are considering and guide you to making the right decision. We will also make sure your property is left clean and tidy at the end of each day and upon completion.
